At Severo da Costa Advogados, ethical conduct, professional responsibility and respect are fundamental to our practice and to the relationships we maintain with clients, colleagues, business partners and suppliers.
As part of this commitment, the Firm provides an Ethics & Integrity Channel for the reporting of conduct that may be inconsistent with applicable laws, our Code of Ethics or the standards that guide our professional activities.
The Channel is available to employees, interns, clients, business partners and suppliers.
Reports may be submitted confidentially and will be reviewed in accordance with the Firm’s internal procedures.
The Firm does not tolerate retaliation against any person who, in good faith, submits a report or participates in the assessment of a matter brought through the Channel.
